Here are your battle basics, soldier. We are in warfare 24/7, 365 days a year and you will experience suffering. Sometimes it's because you are doing exactly what God wants you to do. Battles are not one-time only and there is a target on your back but you are not defenseless because you have divine, God-given weapons that are effective to overcome the enemy.

Sideliners will be casualties.

This is your battle cry: "I am in a spiritual war!"

There are 4 reminders in basics that you need to remember:

1. You are in a fight

2. You are fighting a very real enemy

3. Your weapons are effective for overcoming in this battle

4. God wants us to experience the end result: abundant life
